Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Taxes
Long Arms Tactical will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered within the same state or province as the business location. For orders shipped to other areas, the shopper / customer is fully responsible for any sales tax and/or other tax that may apply.
Typographical Errors
In the event an error is found in pricing information from our supplier; Long Arms Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products listed incorrectly. Whether an order is confirmed and charges to your card have been made, we still reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If the card has been charged and the order has been canceled, Long Arms Tactical will issue a refund to the same method of payment in the amount of the incorrect price.
